Services & Rates

IEP Review (Virtual – 30 minutes)-$250 Review of IEP document in advance of the scheduled appointment, with personalized feedback and recommendations.

IEP Meeting Attendance (Virtual)-$300 Participation in IEP meeting to advocate for and support the family.

Additional Consultation or Requests-$100/hour Ongoing support beyond review and meeting attendance (e.g., follow-up calls, preparation of additional documents, strategy sessions).
Requirements

Families must provide the IEP in advance of the scheduled IEP appointment, at least 24 hours ahead of the appointment.

Virtual appointments will be scheduled for 30 minutes unless otherwise arranged.
Schedule an appointment at the front desk or by calling 667-888-7337 . Appointments are made in the evening on Monday’s and Wednesday’s. Payments must be made in advance. These are NOT submitted to insurance and are an out of pocket expense paid via cash or credit card ONLY.
