Taylor Hartman is a board-certified and licensed behavior analyst with a background in behavior therapy and special education with over a decade of experience supporting children and families. She earned her bachelor's degree in Special Education from Towson University, followed by a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism from Ball State University. She also holds a post-master's certificate in Educational Leadership.

Taylor's pediatric experience includes ten years working within the public school system, where she currently serves as an Instructional Specialist in the Department of Special Education. With over five years of applied behavior analysis experience, she has supported children and families across a wide range of settings. Her areas of focus include early intervention, functional life skills, and guiding families through the IFSP and IEP process. She is especially passionate about helping children build independence and supporting families as they navigate behavioral and developmental challenges.

Taylor lives in Catonsville with her family. She enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with friends. In her free time, you'll usually find her on the go, chauffeuring her kids to their many activities.
